Sans Soleil Bar

Tucked in the basement of Japanese restaurant Fleurs & Cadeaux in Chinatown, Sans Soleil is Montreal's most bewitching listening bar. Founded in 2020 by **Kris Guilty**, owner of La Rama record shop, and **Hideyuki Imaizumi**, with Dave Schmidt and Seb Langlois as co-owners, the space draws from the Japanese kissa-jazz tradition.
