On the lobby level of Fairmont Le Reine Elizabeth, Nacarat has poured cocktails since July 2017, the year the hotel was renovated.
Sid Lee and Peter Chase shaped a room that crosses the glam rock era of Ziggy Stardust with contemporary lines. The name refers to an orange-red shade that returns in the colour palette.
