Opened in March 2015 at the corner of Mont-Royal and Brébeuf, Rouge-Gorge is the direct heir to Laurent Farre and Alain Rochard's legendary **Continental**. The name nods to the Parisian tavern in Marcel Carné's *Les enfants du paradis*.
