Flyjin hides in the cellar of 417 rue Saint-Pierre, in Vieux-Montréal, behind a discreet door and a narrow staircase.
Stone vaults hold an izakaya: sashimi, dumplings, simmered and grilled plates, Japanese whiskies, sake and cocktails worked with yuzu and shiso. The walls carry murals by Stikki Peaches and Kevin Ledo.
