Cloakroom hides behind Maison Cloakroom, a menswear tailor set in a late nineteenth century house on rue de la Montagne.

You push a wood panel, follow a dark corridor lined with portraits, and twenty-five seats appear. There is no list: the bartender asks what you feel like, a spirit, a profile, a mood, then builds the glass.
