Buvette Chez Simone has held 4869 avenue du Parc since 2008. Simone Chevalot and Gabrielle Bélanger opened the first buvette in Montréal here, a neighbourhood wine bar where you eat as much as you drink.
Zébulon Perron kept the original architecture and worked in white oak, cork and reclaimed materials around a long central bar.
