Cousins Ethan and Alex Wills brew their beer at 6729 avenue de l'Esplanade, in the big industrial room once shared by Alexandraplatz and the Brasserie du Vieux-Montréal.
Ethan ran the kitchens at Lawrence, in Mile End; Alex came home after years as a geochemist in the oil industry.
