Open since June 2018 on the ground floor of Hôtel Escad in Quartier DIX30, Bar Les Cousins takes its name from the restaurant the Germain family ran in Quebec City in the 1970s, and from the cousins who run the group today.
Zébulon Perron drew the eighty seats: warm woods, marble, leather and a few gold accents around a central bar.
