Wilensky's Light Lunch

Open since 1932, Wilensky's Light Lunch is a perfectly preserved deli in Mile End — tin ceilings, a vintage soda fountain, and grills over seventy years old. The star of the menu is the "Wilensky Special": all-beef salami and bologna grilled flat on a kaiser roll, served with mustard — mandatory, never cut in two.
