Toqué! sits behind the glass ground floor of place Jean-Paul-Riopelle, between Vieux-Montréal and downtown, since leaving rue Saint-Denis.
Normand Laprise and Christine Lamarche opened in 1993 and pushed an idea that was then marginal: build the menu on Quebec growers, season by season. The card follows what comes in.
