Soubois hides under boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest, a step from rue Peel: a staircase, a wooden cabin, then an underground forest of carved trees, murals and little houses, with a glass-walled wine cellar in the middle.

The concept came out of a trip to Finland by Alexandre Brosseau, a partner in the family behind Les Enfants Terribles.
