About
Schwartz's has been smoking its meat at 3895 boulevard Saint-Laurent since 1928, in the same room and to the same recipe.
Beef brisket cures for ten days in a house spice blend, smokes overnight, steams all day and is knife-sliced to order. You order the sandwich by fat content: lean, medium, medium-fat or fat.
