For over a decade, Sammi & Soupe Dumpling has been perfecting the art of *Xiao Long Bao* in Montreal. Each dumpling is hand-folded, filled with juicy pork and fragrant broth carefully sealed in paper-thin dough.
The Chinatown location (birthplace of the brand) sees a constant procession of steaming bamboo baskets landing at tables.
