Pizzeria Aléa

Villeray, Montréal$$

About

Open since 14 December 2019 on Saint-Hubert, Aléa is one of those pizzerias a neighbourhood guards jealously. Éric and Frédéric, the two owners, work a dough fermented over several days into a light base, supple at the centre and crisp at the edge — the kind of crust you finish even when full.
