Pizza Toni — Saint-Viateur

A few doors from its big sibling Falafel Yoni, Pizza Toni opened a counter aimed squarely at the New York slice, with a pinch of Montreal. The owners trained with American pizzaioli before opening, and it shows: thin pliable crust, charred underneath, slightly sweet sauce, cheese that holds to the final fold.
