Pho Tay Ho

A Saint-Denis fixture for nearly **25 years**, Pho Tay Ho is the work of the Tran family, who arrived from northern Vietnam in the late 1970s with nothing but the ambition to open a restaurant.

Their *pho ga* (a clear chicken broth, Hanoi-spiced and masterfully calibrated) is their signature dish and a perennial entry on Tastet's best pho lists.
