On the 64th floor of 70 Pine Street, a 1930s Art Deco tower that once housed AIG, Overstory fits into twenty-eight seats ringed by a 360-degree terrace. You arrive through the red marble lobby, take a dedicated elevator to the 63rd, then climb a travertine stair: the approach is part of the show.
