About
At Okeya Kyujiro the meal starts on the exact minute: lights drop, music swells, a black curtain rises on the kitchen. Opened in January 2021 on de la Montagne Street, the Montreal outpost of the group — whose Vancouver room holds a Michelin star — was the city's first reservation-only omakase, rooted in the Edomae tradition.
