Neon, Japanese signage, concrete and corrugated metal: at 425, avenue Viger Ouest, Neotokyo restages the noodle-stand scene that opens Blade Runner. Yann Levy, the restaurateur behind Biiru and Gokudo, opened this noodle bar in December 2022.
Shigetoshi Nakamura, a New York ramen master, built the menu with him.
