About
Montréal Plaza marks its door with a neon chicken, on Plaza Saint-Hubert, in La Petite-Patrie. Charles-Antoine Crête and Cheryl Johnson opened it after their years at Toqué.
Sharing plates, Quebec ingredients run through French technique with a few Japanese detours. The whelks gratinéed in miso butter have been there since the first service.
