Lecavalier Petrone
Pointe-Saint-Charles, Montréal$$$
About
On Centre Street in Pointe-Saint-Charles, Chloé Migneault-Lecavalier and Loïse Desjardins-Petrone make chocolates you genuinely hesitate to bite into. The bonbons are moulded, polished and hand-coloured, and the flavours lean boreal and tart: sea buckthorn, sea buckthorn with zephyr chocolate, maple caramel, almond and hazelnut pralines.
