Serpent takes the ground floor of the Fonderie Darling, on rue Prince, in Griffintown.
Hubert Marsolais and Claude Pelletier, already behind Club Chasse et Pêche and Le Filet, opened here in December 2013 in the old metal works. The name comes from the spiral smoke duct that once crowned the building and is still visible.
