Le Nil Bleu

A Plateau institution for over **30 years**, Le Nil Bleu immerses guests in an Addis Ababa atmosphere from the moment they step inside, with traditional murals, dark woodwork and warm lighting.

Forks are unwelcome here: everything is eaten with *injera*, a large slightly sour fermented flatbread that serves as both plate and utensil.
