La Boulette
Rosemont, Montréal$$
About
The name says it: here the patty is the subject. Steps from Cinéma Beaubien and Molson Park, La Boulette lines up a faultless beef classic alongside variations that stray well outside the usual register — lentil, shiitake, pulled lamb, cochinita pibil, salmon, chorizo, fried chicken, Bleu Ermite.
