Plateau-Mont-Royal, Montréal$$
About
Tucked in the heart of the Plateau, Ichigo Ichie unfolds across four floors and 20,000 square feet beneath Yokato Yokabai, the ramen spot from the same owner, **Kevin Fung**. The name, a Japanese expression about cherishing each encounter as one of a kind, sets the tone for a house built around sharing.
