Ten rooms. That is the whole of Épik, spread over four elevator-free floors behind a stone façade on Saint-Paul Street West, steps from Pointe-à-Callière and the Centaur Theatre. The renovation left the rough limestone, brick and wooden beams exposed, answered by rain showers and mood lighting; casement windows open straight onto the cobblestones.
