About
On the western stretch of Saint-Jacques, in an area where nobody instinctively goes looking for dinner, Giuseppe Sacchetti has built a reputation the hard way. G Pizzas is nearly a one-man operation: pies built to order, controlled bake, simple well-chosen ingredients — the five-cheese has become the signature.
