About
Damas gives Syrian cooking the scale of a grand dining room, at the corner of Van Horne and Bloomfield in Outremont, under velvet, carved wood and blown-glass lanterns.
Chef Fuad Alnirabie sends out cold and hot mezze, fattoush sharpened with Aleppo pepper, lamb and fish worked over the charcoal grill, breads puffed to order.
