Côba Sushi

Côba has held its stretch of Laurier Ouest since 2005, which in Outremont counts as an achievement in itself. The room is small and dimly lit, service is led by an owner who works the tables, and the menu reaches past strict Japanese boundaries to borrow from elsewhere in Asia.
