Daniel Humm opened Clemente Bar in late 2024 in the former private dining rooms directly above Eleven Madison Park — his first new room since taking over the restaurant in 2019. The name comes from Francesco Clemente, whose dreamlike murals cover the walls and turn the space into a gallery you happen to drink in.
