About
Casavant holds the corner of rue de Castelnau, steps from Jean-Talon Market, behind a wide window and a long orange banquette.
Matisse Deslauriers and Geoffroy Gravel, both out of the wine bar Vinvinvin, opened this French brasserie and named it after one of their grandmothers.
