About
Founded in 1983, Le Bilboquet is one of the most beloved institutions of Montreal summers. Its historic Avenue Bernard shop in Outremont, taken over in 2018 by **Nancy Bastien and Frédéric Fournier**, is far more than a simple ice cream parlour: it's a neighbourhood ritual, a lively terrace and a four-season menu.
