Neon, a mural and thrifted Japanese objects: Biiru plays the Tokyo alley on rue City Councillors, in the shadow of St. James United Church, between downtown and the Quartier des Spectacles. The house opened in February 2014.
Street food arrives in small plates made for sharing: yakitori, gyoza, karaage, okonomiyaki, japadogs.
