A wave of wood rises above boulevard Thimens, between planted mounds and the trails of the Marcel-Laurin woods. Cardinal Hardy, Labonté Marcil and Éric Pelletier won the architecture competition; the library opened in 2013.
Inside, daylight pours through very tall windows and wood covers the surfaces.
