About
A mixologist, a chef and a sommelier opened this school on rue Saint-François-Xavier in 2008. Fanny Gauthier, Éric Gauthier and Arnaud Ferrand were the first in Quebec to put cooking, cocktails and wine under one roof.
The workshop starts with a drink, then you cook standing up, in teams, a full menu built around one country: Italy, Asia, tapas.
