Seven kilometres of river, four kilometres of bike path, and you end up back where you started. The run leaves 2268 rue de l'Église in Val-David, follows the Rivière du Nord through its bends to Lac Raymond in Val-Morin, then climbs back along the P'tit Train du Nord, flat and paved.
