On Bishop Street, Galerie d'Okeya is the cultural extension of Okeya Kyujiro, the Michelin-starred omakase counter led by chef Takuya Matsuda. Ceramics imported from Japan line the shelves; at the counter, onigiri are shaped to order, temaki come with bluefin tuna, and in winter a pot of oden simmers.
